Research interests:

Jose A. Fernandez-Gallego is currently PhD student at University of Barcelona / Biology Faculty. He has worked in areas related with image processing, embedded systems, chaotic and non-lineal systems. At present, he is working at Integrative Crop Ecophysiology Group with the idea of use engineering and programming techniques into agriculture and plan phenotyping areas. His research is supported by the “Formación de Talento Humano de Alto Nivel” scholarship granted by “Gobernación del Tolima-Colombia”. The main research line is focused on the RGB color space, thermal and multispectral image analysis. His interests are centered on technology applications development and their uses in crops and natural environments.
